Acceptable Use Policy

retweet.gg provides tools to run provably-fair draws from real, public activity on X. The tools exist to make giveaways fair and verifiable — not to fake entries, rig outcomes, or run scams. Anything designed to game the draw, abuse the platform, or run an unlawful or deceptive giveaway is prohibited.

• Bots and automation: any script, macro, extension, or service that abuses the platform, its API, or its rate limits.
• Faking entries: inflating an Entry List with bought, bot, or sock-puppet accounts, or otherwise manipulating who appears eligible for a draw.
• Multiple accounts created to farm signup bonuses, abuse referrals, or extract extra credits.
• Gaming the draw: attempting to influence, predict, or tamper with the commit-reveal seed, entry list, or result.
• Exploiting bugs to mint, duplicate, or transfer credits outside normal use.
• Reversing payments via fraudulent chargebacks after using the Service.

You are the organizer of every giveaway you roll with retweet.gg. You — not us — are responsible for running it honestly and within the law. You must not use retweet.gg to run or promote:

• Illegal lotteries, unlicensed gambling, or prize promotions that break the laws that apply to you or your entrants.
• Scams, fake giveaways, or promotions where the prize is not genuine or is never intended to be delivered.
• Deceptive or misleading giveaways, including hidden conditions, undisclosed sponsorship, or manipulated results.
• Giveaways that require unlawful entry conditions or that infringe someone else's rights.

You are responsible for how you behave on the platform and for the content you submit. Do not use retweet.gg to promote or distribute:

• Illegal content, or content that infringes someone else's rights.
• Harassment, hate, threats, doxxing, or targeted abuse of other users or entrants.
• Spam, scams, phishing, malware, or deceptive links.
• Sexually explicit material involving minors or non-consensual content.

• Do not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without our written permission.
• Do not scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the platform or other users beyond what the product offers.
• Do not interfere with, overload, or attempt to bypass our rate limits, verification, or anti-fraud systems.
• Do not resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit credits or the Service outside its intended use.

retweet.ggis an independent tool and is not affiliated with X Corp or Twitter in any way. You remain responsible for complying with X's own terms and rules. We forbid anything that would have you violate them, and we cannot protect you from actions X takes against accounts that break X's policies.

We monitor for abuse using behavioral signals and integrity checks. Depending on severity, a violation may lead to:

• Reversal of fraudulently obtained credits and adjustment of your balance.
• Forfeiture of credits gained through abuse, with no refund.
• Temporary suspension while we review suspicious activity.
• Permanent removal from the platform for serious or repeated violations.

Decisions are made at our reasonable discretion to protect the integrity of the platform and the experience of genuine users.
